great company called Iobit have released some decent stuff for download, check it out

First up is windowscare - like crap cleaner, it removes cookis and temp files and all the other rubbish you pick up from the web. Fixes problems in registry too, IMO a must have for everyone

Next is smart defrag. Amazing little program that auto defrags your computer in the background. Its a set and forget program and saves you sitting there for hours whilst your machine defrags.
